  7. The Performance 4000 series of Ethernet terminal servers provides a practical
  8. and high-performance solution for connecting up to 32 terminals plus one
  9. parallel printer to an ethernet network. Any terminal user can communicate with
  10. any SCO or other UNIX host computers on the network using the TCP/IP protocol,
  11. as well as with any Digital Equipment Corp. computer system running the LAT
  12. protocol. The parallel printer port allows a high-speed printer to be shared
  13. among all of the computers on the network. The Performance 4000 is available in
  14. 16- or 32-port base units: the 16-port base units are field-upgradeable to 32
  15. ports with the addition of an expansion box.
